Growing Mid-Town CPA firm seeks a self-starter to be a team member of our Firm. The candidate will be responsiblel for managing the front desk, answering telephones and a variety of administrative tasks; provide support to the accounting staff; must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal; be able to type reports and correspondence; some knowledge of Excel spreadsheets; handle the mail, messengers; scanning documents; filing; a major Plus is knowledge of Quickbooks accounting software.
You must be experienced with Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
The position is permanent full-time and the hours are 9am to 5:30pm M-F. Some overtime may be required.
